Downhill – When a Hitchcockian Boy Leaves Home

And just like that…they’re back! Alfred Hitchcock and Ivor Novello team up once again. This time, Novello plays a schoolboy who gets caught up in a sex scandal. Hitchcock finds himself working in melodrama instead of his typical thriller milieu, but he still manages to put in some horror movie flourishes.
